At ONAR WELLNESS, we handle every order with care and discretion, ensuring reliable and timely delivery in Greece and worldwide through selected courier partners, including ACS, BOX NOW, and DHL Express.

  1. Shipping destinations

We ship to the following destinations:
• Greece (mainland, islands, and remote areas)
• Cyprus
• Europe
• Worldwide (certain regions may be excluded due to courier, regulatory, or customs restrictions)

  1. Shipping methods and delivery times

Delivery times are indicative and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order placement.

Greece – Home delivery (ACS Courier)

Estimated delivery time (business days):
• Athens area: 1 business day
• Mainland Greece: 1–2 business days
• Greek islands: 1–3 business days
• Remote areas: 1–5 business days

Greece – Locker delivery (BOX NOW)

Estimated delivery time:
• Attica: 1 business day
• Rest of Greece: 2 business days

BOX NOW lockers are accessible 24/7 once the parcel is delivered.
Free locker storage time is 72 hours.
Order processing cut-off time is 18:00. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

Cyprus – Delivery (ACS Cyprus)

Estimated delivery time:
• Economy delivery: typically 2–5 business days, depending on location and service conditions.

Europe – International express delivery (DHL Express)

Estimated delivery time:
• 1–3 business days
Indicative shipping fee: €15

Rest of the world – International express delivery (DHL Express)

Estimated delivery time:
• 2–6 business days
Indicative shipping fee: €25–€30

Delivery times may vary due to peak seasons, remote destinations, weather conditions, customs procedures, or local public holidays.

  1. Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
• destination
• package weight and volumetric weight
• selected delivery method

All prices are displayed in euros (€).

International shipping fees do not include customs duties, local taxes, or clearance-related charges that may be applied by the destination country. Onar Wellness has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

  1. Volumetric weight

Couriers may apply volumetric (dimensional) weight for pricing purposes, calculated as:

Length × Width × Height (cm) / 5,000

The higher value between actual weight and volumetric weight may be used for billing.

  1. Order processing and dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  1. Tracking

All shipments include tracking.
Tracking details are shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
For BOX NOW deliveries, notifications are sent when the parcel is available for collection at the locker.

  1. Address accuracy and failed deliveries

Please ensure that all delivery details are complete and accurate at checkout.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a parcel from a locker within the allowed timeframe, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and additional re-shipping or handling costs may apply.

ONAR WELLNESS supports secure online payments through Viva.com (Viva Wallet) and ePay Greece.

Payments via Viva.com (Viva Wallet) may include, depending on availability at checkout:
• Card payments: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners/Discover, JCB
• Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
• IRIS instant payments (where enabled)
• Klarna (where enabled and eligible)

Payments via ePay Greece may include, depending on availability at checkout:
• Card payments: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover
• IRIS account-to-account payments (where enabled)

The payment options displayed at checkout may vary depending on the customer’s country, device, and the availability of each payment service.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
